These terms apply to all services provided by Vantara Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Services
Vantara Group Ltd provides property maintenance and repair services through a network of approved subcontractors.
Works may include but are not limited to:
Plumbing
Electrical
Roofing
General repairs
Maintenance works
All works are subject to availability and acceptance.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided are based on the information available at the time.
Additional costs may apply if:
Further issues are discovered
Access is restricted
Materials or time increase
Any additional works will be quoted or agreed before proceeding where possible.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice
Late payments may incur charges
We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
4. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and suitable access to the property.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
No access
Unsafe conditions
Tenant refusal
5. Subcontractors
Works may be carried out by vetted subcontractors acting on behalf of Vantara Group Ltd.
We ensure contractors are suitably qualified and insured where required.
6. Liability
We will carry out works with reasonable skill and care.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing faults
Hidden defects
Consequential losses
Delays outside our control
Liability is limited to the value of the works carried out.
7. Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled with reasonable notice.
Late cancellations or missed access may incur a call-out charge.
8. Emergency Works
Where urgent works are required to make a property safe, we may proceed without prior written approval if contact cannot be made.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any works, please contact us within 7 days.
We will review and aim to resolve issues promptly.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
